President

As founder of Harvest Technical Services Inc., Judy has nearly 20 years of industry experience in recruiting and business development. Judy has built a solid reputation for her intrinsic ability to listen to both the clients and candidates needs and deliver positive results. A entrepreneur at heart, Fick founded Harvest Technical Services Inc. in 1997 to provide a wide range of contract and direct staffing solutions for national and international firms within the petrochemical, bioscience/pharmaceutical, heavy industrial and infrastructure industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University-Chico.

Renee Bush
Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at Harvest since 2003, Renee has been instrumental in contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. She brings an expertise in back office support as well as strong technical recruiting skills. Renee manages all aspects of Harvest’s business and is diligent and accurate in her approach. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Management and Finance.

Bob Smith
Account Manager

Account Manager Bob Smith is tasked with developing and maintaining solid client relations. Prior to joining the Harvest team, Bob held various engineering and management roles with a world leading energy company for 28 years. Over this time, he spent 15 years as a hiring manager and 5 years managing a group of up to 15 project managers and a capital portfolio of over $600MM.

Leesa Meintzer
Recruiting Manager

Leesa has been an executive recruiter/sourcer and career coach for 18 years. Her passions are people, recruiting and social media. She loves to put the puzzle together to connect the right folks with the right opportunity. Leesa touts a strategic approach with hiring managers and people seeking jobs to develop recruiting strategies, social media and networking within Fortune 500 companies. Her upfront approach combined with a sense of humor results in a comfortable client relationship that often lasts beyond job placement. She loves to teach people the importance of social media and how checking your brand regularly is important. Leesa has a strong aptitude for quickly identifying innovative recruiting trends geared specifically to her clients while establishig strong networks.  Her industry expertise is in biotech, government, scientific, petrochemical and high tech. 

Carla Adcock
HR Administrator

As H.R. Administrator, Carla plays a key role in facilitating the client-candidate relationship. She is responsible for managing all legal and compliance issues as well as employee benefits. Prior to joining Harvest, Carla worked in variety of human resources roles in several different corporate environments. Carla holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Human Resources.

Barbara Dial Cipriano
Account Coordinator - Pacific Northwest Region

As Account Coordinator, Barbara is responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing strategic relationships with clients based in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining the Harvest team, Barbara worked within the healthcare industry as a client and case manager. She also has over fifteen years of experience as a pediatric nursing specialist. Barbara possesses a BS in Nursing from the University of Texas at Houston.
